Barbara Kassner

In my more than 30 years of work, I have been impressed by the huge development of THIMM Group. In the process, I have had the opportunity to get to know many different areas and continuously further my own personal development.

My passion is working with people. In my current role as PEOPLE Manager International, I form the bridge between the THIMM companies in Germany and those in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland and France for group-wide HR issues and projects. This means I work closely with the local HR units and management teams. I find the international activities very enriching and important for the global integration within THIMM Group. Different languages, cultures and different national customs are just a few of the challenges. In my private life, too, I like to travel in other countries.
