This purely Czech company does not forget about nature during its production process. It actively supports the reduction of plastics used, contributes to the limiting of greenhouse gas emissions and supports waste sorting.
In cooperation with Madeta, THIMM pack’n’display developed a sustainable Shelf-Ready packaging for sliced cheese, which is digitally printed. The use of digital printing does not require any print-outs for production, which saves resources for their production, as well as costs and time for their preparation and production. In addition, the use of this technology saves energy and water on the discharging of printing chutes. In addition to this, a thinning of printing took place for Shelf-Ready packaging. With the original cover Shelf-Ready, the bottom of the two-piece cover was printed from all four sides. After placing Shelf-Ready on the shelf, only its front side or small part of the side sides is visible. After slimming the printing, nothing has changed for consumers – Madeta products remain easily recognized in the rack. From the perspective of sustainability, however, used paints were saved. Thanks to all the above aspects, the Shelf-Ready packaging is highly sustainable and ecological.
The sustainable Shelf-Ready packaging for Madeta serves for rack presentation of goods in the store while protecting packaged goods during transport. In addition, Shelf-Ready offers the possibility of tasteful and efficient presentation of the goods at the point of sale.
