Display base made from corrugated cardboard

One-piece, customer-oriented, timeless. With its display base made from corrugated cardboard THIMM is offering a standardised display solution for retailers. On request the base can be expanded with the corresponding trays (levels) in accordance with the number of products to be displayed. A standard solution for product diversity.

The base made from corrugated cardboard is available in the three standardised heights of 250 mm, 500 mm and 700 mm. The display base made from corrugated cardboard can be positioned both with a plastic pallet in quarter pallet format or as a floor display with direct floor contact (without pallet).
Shelf trays made from corrugated cardboard are used for the product placement itself. The trays can also be selected from a standard size-portfolio or designed individually for each product.

The stability and load capacity of the display base made from corrugated cardboard can be increased by the use of partitions. The interior can be designed as a single-piece and folded like an accordion with grooves in the corrugated cardboard. Alternatively, partitions can consist of two pieces inserted into one another through pre-cut openings. Partitions are used in particular to increase the stability for heavier products such as drinks bottles and cans, detergents or even fruit spreads in glass jars which weigh down on individual layers or trays.

Toppers placed on the top tray are used as the final display element. Standard versions in rectangular form or customised shapes can also be used for this purpose and which we can create for you with our modern digital laser cutting. We also offer you another possibility of increasing visual attention through the use of moving elements, so-called “wobblers”.

Design Features

• One-piece production of the display base saves additional production work steps when compared with multi-part construction.
• The base is fixed to the pallet by foldable “locking lugs” at the bottom of the display base.
• In order to stabilise the individual trays, there is an elevation at the upper four corners of the display base, which prevents the tray from slipping.
