After studying packaging technology, I was looking everywhere in Germany for an interesting and varied role. 

That’s how I came across THIMM and started my career here in the family business. This is now over seven years ago. In my work as a Business Project Manager, the diversity of my projects gives me new impetus time and time again and I can actively contribute to the development of solutions. This is really exciting, because we’re always looking for the best solution for the customer. So it never gets boring and I can constantly develop. That motivates me a lot!

Flexible working hours and the option of working remotely ensure I also have to freedom to organise my everyday life. As a mother working full-time, this is a great advantage that also benefits my family.
