Toolbox made from environmentally-friendly corrugated cardboard

The Toolbox for transportation and sales consists of two parts. One part consists of a corrugated cardboard case with an inlay and is made from a single-piece corrugated cardboard pre-cut. The structure of the toolbox creates an internal fixing mechanism which securely locks two packaging units with tools.

The second part of the toolbox is a retractable handle made from corrugated cardboard which can be retracted when required or left inserted. The retractable handle means the toolbox is easy to transport. When storing the toolbox or during transportation of a toolbox delivery on a pallet, the handle remains inserted and doesn't get in the way so it is also protected from potential damage. 

The toolbox is produced from double-walled corrugated cardboard so it can withstand the higher weight of its contents. This ensures secure protection during transportation.

The handle was deliberately designed using corrugated cardboard to avoid any plastic being used for the handle. This also means that the entire toolbox is 100% recyclable.
