Code of Conduct for Employees

As a family business that takes responsibility seriously, we place a strong emphasis on fair and respectful interaction among colleagues. For this reason, we've recorded our understanding of responsibility-minded interactions in our THIMM Employee Code of Conduct.

The principles listed in the Code reflect our corporate culture, developed over more than 70 years of corporate history. They are also based on relevant international standards like the UN Global Compact or the conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

The Code of Conduct helps us live out this culture throughout the THIMM Group and act properly and conscientiously in our daily professional lives. It is an integral part of the induction of new employees. 

Responsible Sourcing Guidline for Suppliers and Business Partners

We also require our suppliers to implement and maintain social and ecological standards. The principles are anchored in our Responsible Sourcing Guideline.  It is a pre-requisite for collaboration to comply with this policy.
