For the new "False Lash Epic Mascara” of the Max Factor brand, THIMM designed a high quality and elegant stand display for sales at the point of sale (POS).
The display adopts the shape and the design of the mascara and is for the most part gold in colour in order to signalise and present the high quality of the brand and of the product itself. This also shows the actual innovation, the mascara brush, to optimal advantage and is complemented by a communication area in which the special feature is briefly explained.
The stand display consists of an angled base and a folding box that is attached to the base and serves as a back wall. The two-component, oversized mascara serves as a product sales area at two levels for the mascara. The brush is applied in 3D effect to the front side. This further emphasises the display and the mascara. The additional implementation of a QR code allows the consumer to receive interactive make-up tips from the manufacturer.
With the exception of the base, the display is almost entirely designed in gold. The sculptural representation of the mascara has been intensified with a black glow all the way around. A high gloss UV varnish is used as a finish.
