Stackable crate for higher material efficiency THIMM powerStack

THIMM powerStack is a stackable and environmentally-friendly crate with higher levels of stability and material efficiency due to the pinpointed use of flute combinations and materials. The crate body is made using E-flute and the internal parts using BC-flute. Despite the reduced paper grammages achieved by the selected material combination of single-flute and double-flute, an increase in stability and a reduction of material use of about 20% is achieved. The crate is suitable for combination with standard plastic crates.

Structural characteristics

• Glued reinforcement on the side walls
• Increased BCT value due to the accurate grammage adaptation for three-part cover and side parts
