THIMM secureLock is shipping packaging with a tamper-proof lock and an integrated product fixing mechanism - THIMM easyFix.

THIMM secureLock provides optimum product protection and is particularly well suited for orders containing different products. The seal lock ensures the packaging remains intact during transportation. It also ensures that the packaging can be locked securely without adhesive tape or any other sealing method. The insertion flaps which are fitted with a type of barbed hook, lock on the inside of the packaging and prevent non-destructive opening of the packaging by third-parties. This aspect is particularly important for shipments with a high product value and also for direct food shipments.

Due to the very different product shapes and sizes there is still a disproportionately high use of packaging materials made from environmentally-harmful external materials in the mail order and e-commerce sectors. THIMM easyFix makes additional packaging materials superfluous because the integrated fixing reliably locks products of different sizes in the packaging. An important aspect in the sustainable handling of raw materials is also the high proportion of recycled paper used in packaging production. The special notches which protrude over the folding edge of the side flaps create strips which adhere to the product and lock it.
